Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods.

3. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times for international orders typically range between 10-20 business days, depending on customs processing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping carriers including [e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL], depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery destination.

6. Shipment Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, carrier issues, or natural disasters) may cause delays. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

7. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have restrictions on shipping to specific regions or countries due to legal or safety reasons.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
